I called Magic Touch appliance Repair for my Maytag stackable washer and dryer. The dryer wouldn’t start. It had some sort of electrical problem. Magic Touch appliance Repair came to me in the Altadena/Pasadena area. Instead of waiting for them at home for half a day, the serviceman called me when he was on his way to me. I left my work in Glendale to meet him at home without the unnecessary wait. He was very polite and took the time to explain the problem to me after diagnosing it. I procrastinated calling somebody to fix it. Now I’m enjoying my dryer running again.

I had some reservations about calling a appliance repair company I had no knowledge of so I took a chance and called this one. Was having problems with my General Electric stove not getting hot enough. Was informed about the service fee which is great, but when the technician arrived I thought once he saw what was wrong was figured he was going to charge me alot, but apparently he didn’t. He told me exactly what was wrong, had to have a piece replaced which, he called a local appliance supply stored to pick up the piece. Within a few hours he returned with the part. Since I had him repair it the service fee was waived and was only charged a really good price for parts and labor and not any traveling fee. AWESOME! I have an office at home. My work schedule is erratic. On worst days I put in 20 hours worth of work and would just crash on the couch if I’m too tired. It’s important that I keep my office cool and comfortable as much as possible. At about almost 6 in the afternoon I felt the room was getting warm. My A/C unit decided to bug down on me. I heard about Magic Touch appliance air condition repair from a neighbor who had their refrigerator serviced by them a couple of months back. My neighbor was too happy to give me their contact number and said I would not be disappointed. And she was right. I imagined the service guy would show up the next day understanding that traffic can be crazy around Los Angeles during rush hour. He was prompt and the guy looked like he really knew what he was doing. After few adjustments and pressure chemichal cleaning on my unit I was sitting comfortably in my office again and it wasn’t even 9pm yet when the service guy left my home.

My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.
I called 4 other companies before calling this one ( Magic Touch appliance repair ), and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!
He was very polite, looked at my washing machine and instantly knew the issue. He gave me an estimate and I was able to use the promo coad mt1013, and we saved 10%
Before starting he fully explained to me what the problem was, how to prevent it, and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me the part, explained how it worked and showed me how he repaired it. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, and the fact that he was thorough and walked me through everything! I would use them again!
