I have a Whirlpool dryer that wasn’t drying my clothes as well as it used to. It took me twice as long to dry my clothes because I had to run it through an additional cycle for each load. I knew something was wrong and it needed some kind of service cleaning or repair. I went with Magic Touch Appliance because it was suggested by my good friend. He said he had a good experience with them. They had very prompt service and my friend claimed that I can trust them to do an honest and professional job. Sure enough, it’s been a few months and I’ve been enjoying my dryer again! It is back to its new self. I’m so glad it’s fixed! I’m not wasting my time or electricity anymore! The technician also felt the need to show me an additional trick that might prevent it from happening again. I was very grateful for his insight.

My air conditioner went out on me in the middle of day, when it was more then a 100 degrees outside in Los Angeles. Oh and did I mention that it was Saturday. I was in panic. Called several companies and nothing. Found these guys Magic Touch air conditioning and appliance repair, crossed my fingers for luck and called. And yes, not only were they open, I had a tech fixing my a/c in less than an hour. That’s what I call a good air conditioning repair service. By the way, it only took him about an hour to fix my air condition and before I knew it, I was blowing COLD air again. This was the first company we called for our broken dryer. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technician evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $164 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technician did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the dryer as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the dryer is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy. Anna. West Hollywood.
