My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one, and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

These guys from Magic Touch appliance repair have a very large area that they service. Their technicians are all over the greater Los Angeles area. They fixed my co-worker’s ice-maker at his rental in Santa Monica and my sister’s central air condition in Long Beach. Both were very satisfied with the service.

This review is long overdue and I just want to send the word out that these people at Magic Touch know their job by heart. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked. I’m a housewife with 2 toddlers, my husband travels a lot to handle the family business so I’m left to deal with repair issues at home most of the time and so far this appliance repair company hasn’t failed me. my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. I have a Whirlpool dryer that wasn’t drying my clothes as well as it used to. It took me twice as long to dry my clothes because I had to run it through an additional cycle for each load. I knew something was wrong and it needed some kind of service cleaning or repair. I went with Magic Touch Appliance because it was suggested by my good friend. He said he had a good experience with them. They had very prompt service and my friend claimed that I can trust them to do an honest and professional job. Sure enough, it’s been a few months and I’ve been enjoying my dryer again! It is back to its new self. I’m so glad it’s fixed! I’m not wasting my time or electricity anymore! The technician also felt the need to show me an additional trick that might prevent it from happening again. I was very grateful for his insight.

This was the first company we called for our broken dryer. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technician evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $164 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technician did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the dryer as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the dryer is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy. Anna. West Hollywood.

I called Magic Touch appliance Repair for my Maytag stackable washer and dryer. The dryer wouldn’t start. It had some sort of electrical problem. Magic Touch appliance Repair came to me in the Altadena/Pasadena area. Instead of waiting for them at home for half a day, the serviceman called me when he was on his way to me. I left my work in Glendale to meet him at home without the unnecessary wait. He was very polite and took the time to explain the problem to me after diagnosing it. I procrastinated calling somebody to fix it. Now I’m enjoying my dryer running again.
