My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one, and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

Thanks to Magic Touch Appliance Repair, my kids don’t have to cover their ears anymore! My Kenmore dryer started making unfamiliar noises. When I described the noises coming from the machine, the tech at Magic Touch Appliance Repair really knew what he was talking about. His familiarity with the different machines and brands corrected me in my descriptions! He was more exact because he knew that the noise I was describing was more common for Maytag dryers. Needless to say, the annoying noise was a sign that my machine was going to fail soon. Magic Touch Appliance Repair knew the exact part that needed to be replaced. This was the first company we called for our broken dryer. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technician evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $164 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technician did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the dryer as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the dryer is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy. Anna. West Hollywood.

My experience with Magic Touch repair company was really good.
The temperature in my oven wouldn’t go up more than 200 degrees and I decided to have a technician come and take a look at it. I called a few places but weren’t able to schedule appointment for the same day service. Then I remembered that my friend told me about Magic Touch appliance repair guys fixing her Kitchen Aid oven a few month ago and decided to give them a call. And what do you know? In about hour and a half, I had a technician at my house. My Kenmore oven repair cost wasn’t that bad also. It came out around $142. An hour later I had my stove working like new again. And if that’s not the best same day appliance service ever, I don’t know what is.

I called Magic Touch appliance Repair for my Maytag stackable washer and dryer. The dryer wouldn’t start. It had some sort of electrical problem. Magic Touch appliance Repair came to me in the Altadena/Pasadena area. Instead of waiting for them at home for half a day, the serviceman called me when he was on his way to me. I left my work in Glendale to meet him at home without the unnecessary wait. He was very polite and took the time to explain the problem to me after diagnosing it. I procrastinated calling somebody to fix it. Now I’m enjoying my dryer running again.
