My washing machine was spinning with its tub/drum out of balance. I read numerous reviews of different local appliance repair companies, but based on the user reviews , decided to utilize Magic Touch Appliance Repair.
A call was made to Magic Touch Appliance Repair at approximately 10:30 am on Friday morning and an appointment was available that same day for 2 pm to 5 pm. Oleg arrived 3:45 pm and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issues with the shocks within 25 minutes. He was extremely pleasant, polite, helpful and informative. He even recommended a cleaner to address the typical mold/smell issue for front-loaders.
I’m finicky about service after owning a moving business and a wedding business. However, I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend them.
My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.
I called 4 other companies before calling this one, and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

Like everyone else, I cook my Thanksgiving Dinner way ahead of time so not to get stressed instead of enjoying the holiday with my family. I usually prepare the stuffing, pies and other baked goodies a day ahead but while I was about to start I noticed that my stove was not igniting. Sergey arrived 2 hours later and was already looking at my stove. He said the igniter was broken and needs to be replaced. Wasting no time, I already asked him to do the repairs so I can already start my cooking. He gave me a surprise with the estimate he gave since I was expecting it to be expensive having had the repairs done during a holiday, but I was wrong. A few minutes later, he tried on the stove and it was working again.

Loved how they servised my GE Dryer. It just stopped spinning in the middle of cycle. I tried to turn it of and on again and it didn’t work. I called a few other companies and they were all closed because it was Sunday morning. Decided to give it one more try and called Magic Touch. And hurray!!!! Not only were they open, they told me that their technician can be at my house within a few hours. I agreed, gave them my address. And indeed, in less then two hours, their tech was there for the rescue. He told me what was the problem and how much will it be to fix it. Came out around $160. Which is not that expansive compering to what would it cost to buy a new dryer. Plus he had a needed part with him in a truck. So I agreed to that and in less then 30 minutes, everything was fixed. I’ve read some other reviews on this site and I agree to the fact that you never know how will the service with the company that you’ve never used before work out. But I can tell you that much. For me, the experience with these guys, turned out to be great. I woud definitely recommend them and use them again if I need to, for all of my appliance repairs.

I leave in Hollywood and i have a problem with my washing machine,random error’s occur while washing,
