Buying new appliances can be intimidating. There are many appliance stores, name brands and price ranges. Fisher and Paykel has been one of my personal favorites for years. It is a New Zealand company founded in 1934. While offering a great selection of laundry and cooking appliances, they also have a fantastic dishwasher. DishDrawer has become the company’s flagship product. It has superior design and many features. It is quiet and efficient. There are two separate doors, which allow to load less dishes and conserve water and energy. In addition, two doors allow to observe the Kosher law — washing meat and dairy utensils separately.

Very clean, polite, and honest. Same-day appointment to fix my Whirlpool freezer and diagnostic fee waived as promised because I had them do the repair. Price was good and repair was quick. Unfortunately, the repairman snapped the fragile copper water line coming from the basement to the fridge and was unable to replace or repair it. He capped it off well, but I still had to then hire a plumber afterwards. I can’t recollect if I mentioned the fragile water line to him or not, but I was planning to replace it with a flexible line at some point anyway….just to bad it had to be when I couldn’t really afford to spend the money.

Bertazzoni Range repair

I have a Bertazzoni Range which I found really great as compared to other high end brand ovens. It is even cheaper than they are but they have the same features if not even more. We usually have get together with our neighbours usually almost every weekend with each household hosting the event. When I cook on my Bertazzoni Range, I usually use up all of the 5 burners since I love to cook a variety of foods for our get together. Well, 2 days before one of our get together the small inner ring burner of the center burner stopped working. I usually use this small burner for making delicate sauces which is integral to many of the dishes I cook.

Out of desperation to have it fixed, I immediately went online to look for any appliance repair company who repairs ovens like mine. I found a youtube ad from Magic Touch appliance repair, and called them up. They scheduled a technician for me that same day and Sergey, our technician arrived and looked at our oven. He said that there was a blockage to the small burner and needs to remove it. Danny, appliace technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, gave us a quote to fix our Bertazzoni Range which I found very cheap. Then Danny appliace technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, went ahead and did his work and in a span of less than 1 hour he was done clearing the blockage. I tested the burner and tried the lowest setting which it did.

Thank you Danny and Magic Touch appliance repair. I will certainly call you guys again if I have any problems with my Bertazzoni Range or any of my other appliances.

Thanks to Magic Touch Appliance Repair, my kids don’t have to cover their ears anymore! My Kenmore dryer started making unfamiliar noises. When I described the noises coming from the machine, the tech at Magic Touch Appliance Repair really knew what he was talking about. His familiarity with the different machines and brands corrected me in my descriptions! He was more exact because he knew that the noise I was describing was more common for Maytag dryers. Needless to say, the annoying noise was a sign that my machine was going to fail soon. Magic Touch Appliance Repair knew the exact part that needed to be replaced. Now, my Kenmore dryer sounds like it did when I just brought it home.

My uncle gave me his newer model LG dryer to replace my old whirlpool dryer. He was able to transport it to my place in Valley Village Los Angeles, but it needed to be hooked up. Magic Touch Appliance Repair gave me their first available appointment-just an hour later! They said they are always readily available for my Valley Village/Sherman Oaks area. Came home from work, and found water in the bottom of my refrigerator. After checking with friends, who had no recommendations for a service company, I went to Google, and found Magic Touch appliance repair. Gave them a call and they set up a time for the next day. The next morning, the technician called me and confirmed, and gave me a two hour window when he would be there.

He showed up on time, and immediately went to work. I had an idea what was wrong, but being the klutz that I am, I had no idea how to fix it. So I made a point to watch him and he had no objection – and explained what he was doing as he went along. He was quite personable, and obviously knew what he was doing. Withing a half hour it was fixed, and working.

The price was reasonable, especially when you consider he educated me on how to fix it if it ever happens again. So Magic Touch now my appliance repair company.
