When I realized the food in my Sub Zero fridge was warmer than it usually is, I called my buddy (who lives in Thousand Oaks and has had his Sub Zero refrigerator worked on before) for a referral. He, very quickly, said to call Magic Touch Appliance repair because he’s been burned by other places before. Surprisingly, they came by as soon as I became available to let them in my place. Danny from Magic Touch Appliance repair checked it out and determined he needed a part specific to my Sub Zero refrigerator. Unfortunately, he didn’t have it with him, but he came back within minutes with the part in hand. My fridge has been working perfectly ever since. It was a very knowledgeable guy that services my area (Agoura Hills) as well as Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and Calabasas. I am very happy with the work.

My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one, and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. I leave in Hollywood and i have a problem with my washing machine,random error’s occur while washing,
the water pump always getting clogged,maybe it needs to be replace before it starts
leaking..i know my only solution is to get a brand new one,but i still want this unit to be saved!

hey were able to come out late one night and fix our broken a/c, which I was very thankful for. We needed a dual capacitor and the total price for labor and parts was $326.87. The price shocked my husband and I, but we were told that was the going rate and I was just happy to have the a/c fixed that evening.

Just had “Vito” here. Honest, fair, fast and everything works again. As he was leaving he mentioned cleaning out the coils to the freezer. One may think this as a sales pitch…I thought of it as a THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME!!! After having to replace our subzero for that exact reason, I was grateful to have him take the extra 20 mins and do that job as well for the one year peace of mind I will get knowing it is done. He also gave me great tips on how to keep my other appliances free from distress with simple maintenance I can do myself. Thank you Vito.

Mark from Magic Touch Appliance repair came out to fix my viking range.He repaired it right away. Magic touch appliance technichen Mark gave me an estimate first and told me that he has the parts in his truck, and he’ll be done in 30 to 60 minutes.I agreed and 45 minutes later…done!!
He checked my Sub-Zero refrigerator, and recommended that maintenance needs to be done. He gave me a 20% discount on maintenance, since it was an additional appliance.
I’m 100% satisfied, and I will definitely recommend Magic Touch Appliance repair to every body.
