Buying new appliances can be intimidating. There are many appliance stores, name brands and price ranges. Fisher and Paykel has been one of my personal favorites for years. It is a New Zealand company founded in 1934. While offering a great selection of laundry and cooking appliances, they also have a fantastic dishwasher. DishDrawer has become the company’s flagship product. It has superior design and many features. It is quiet and efficient. There are two separate doors, which allow to load less dishes and conserve water and energy. In addition, two doors allow to observe the Kosher law — washing meat and dairy utensils separately.

Amana Refrigerator repair

We have an Amana Refrigerator that has been very reliable but the only complain that we have with it is that the icemaker which stopped working. We had been holding off on having it repaired since we don’t have the time yet but when the opportunity during the holiday weekend. We searched online and found a video by Magic Touch appliance repair and called Magic Touch appliance repair up quickly and scheduled them to come during the weekend.

Our technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, named Danny came and looked our Amana refrigerator as soon as he arrived. He said a solenoid was broken that was why the Ice Maker in Amana refrigerator wasn’t working. Danny technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, gave us a quote and said he needs to get the parts from their supplier and will be back in the afternoon. After a few hours, Danny, technician from Magic Touch appliance repair was back and had the parts with him and went ahead and replaced the broken ice macker. Danny technician from Magic Touch appliance repair ,said to wait for a few hours so that it will be able to make the ice and try the ice maker again and to call him back in case if it was still not working. After a few hours, we tried it and as what Danny promised it was working again. And just in time for dinner.

Thank you Danny and Magic Touch appliance repair, we are now able to enjoy ice every time we need it.

Bertazzoni Range repair

I have a Bertazzoni Range which I found really great as compared to other high end brand ovens. It is even cheaper than they are but they have the same features if not even more. We usually have get together with our neighbours usually almost every weekend with each household hosting the event. When I cook on my Bertazzoni Range, I usually use up all of the 5 burners since I love to cook a variety of foods for our get together. Well, 2 days before one of our get together the small inner ring burner of the center burner stopped working. I usually use this small burner for making delicate sauces which is integral to many of the dishes I cook.

Out of desperation to have it fixed, I immediately went online to look for any appliance repair company who repairs ovens like mine. I found a youtube ad from Magic Touch appliance repair, and called them up. They scheduled a technician for me that same day and Sergey, our technician arrived and looked at our oven. He said that there was a blockage to the small burner and needs to remove it. Danny, appliace technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, gave us a quote to fix our Bertazzoni Range which I found very cheap. Then Danny appliace technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, went ahead and did his work and in a span of less than 1 hour he was done clearing the blockage. I tested the burner and tried the lowest setting which it did.

Thank you Danny and Magic Touch appliance repair. I will certainly call you guys again if I have any problems with my Bertazzoni Range or any of my other appliances.

Miele Range

We have a Miele Range that has started having issues which initially started with the igniter for the left front burner firing off even when not in use. Second the igniter in the oven stopped working after a few days that the first problem started. We called the Miele appliance manufacturer for the repairs to be done but said that our warranty on my Miele appliance has already expired months ago. Left with no choice, I searched online if there were any Miele appliance repair companies near our area that service Miele brand. Fortunately enough I found a video repair ad for a Miele Stove from Magic Touch appliance repair and called them after a few minutes of watching their videos.

They got me scheduled for an appliance repair appointment ,a day after and Jerry our technician came knocking at our door. He checked on our Miele range and said that the circuit board that controls the igniters is burned out and needs to replace. He said it should take not long to order the parts and repair it and I asked him for a quote of cost of repairs which quite surprised me since I wasn’t expecting it to be that affordable. Our appliance technician called his office and asked for the part to be ordered and then told me he will come back once the part has arrived.

Their dispatcher called after less than 1/2 week to schedule when Jerry can come back. Jerry came the next day with the circuit board and went ahead with his repair. After an hour he said that its already fixed and he me try it. The igniter for the Miele oven was indeed working but I told Jerry that for the ignite problem we might need to wait awhile if it will turn on by itself. After 15 minutes of waiting the ignite of the front burner did not fired but still Jerry assured in case that it did fire off after he have left, we just need to call him so he can go back and take a look at it again. So far, after a few weeks it still has not triggered by itself which gives me an assurance that Jerry was indeed able to repair it.
