This was the first company we called for our broken dryer. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technician evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $164 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technician did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the dryer as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the dryer is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy. Anna. West Hollywood.

I love these guys! They helped me on the quickness! I was having problems with my LG washing machine and dryer. Apparently, there was a leak from the bottom of the washing machine and the dryer simply stopped spinning. I have 5 kids and having a fully functional laundry system is crucial to my existence! I also live in Altadena so there aren’t many appliance companies willing to drive on over once it’s convenient for me but Magic Touch was here within an hour and worked so fast it was unbelievable. The workers were so nice and so was the man I spoke to on the phone. They called me fifteen minutes prior to coming over just to check up. I am so grateful for the service they gave and how well they fixed the washing machine and dryer. Magic Touch Appliance Repair truly has a magic touch!

My experience with Magic Touch repair company was really good.
The temperature in my oven wouldn’t go up more than 200 degrees and I decided to have a technician come and take a look at it. I called a few places but weren’t able to schedule appointment for the same day service. Then I remembered that my friend told me about Magic Touch appliance repair guys fixing her Kitchen Aid oven a few month ago and decided to give them a call. And what do you know? In about hour and a half, I had a technician at my house. My Kenmore oven repair cost wasn’t that bad also. It came out around $142. An hour later I had my stove working like new again. And if that’s not the best same day appliance service ever, I don’t know what is.

I had some reservations about calling a appliance repair company I had no knowledge of so I took a chance and called this one. Was having problems with my General Electric stove not getting hot enough. Was informed about the service fee which is great, but when the technician arrived I thought once he saw what was wrong was figured he was going to charge me alot, but apparently he didn’t. He told me exactly what was wrong, had to have a piece replaced which, he called a local appliance supply stored to pick up the piece. Within a few hours he returned with the part. Since I had him repair it the service fee was waived and was only charged a really good price for parts and labor and not any traveling fee. AWESOME! I would surely call them in the future if another appliance of mines break, save me alot of $$ on not having to purchase a new stove. Thank you, Oleg and Magic Touch Appliance Repair

Like everyone else, I cook my Thanksgiving Dinner way ahead of time so not to get stressed instead of enjoying the holiday with my family. I usually prepare the stuffing, pies and other baked goodies a day ahead but while I was about to start I noticed that my stove was not igniting. Of all things to happen, my stove has to be it and knowing that it will be a long weekend made it worse. Who on earth service and work during Thanksgiving? I called our office electrician and he said that this is a high end stove and he suggested to call Magic Touch Appliance Repair

Sergey arrived 2 hours later and was already looking at my stove. He said the igniter was broken and needs to be replaced. Wasting no time, I already asked him to do the repairs so I can already start my cooking. He gave me a surprise with the estimate he gave since I was expecting it to be expensive having had the repairs done during a holiday, but I was wrong. A few minutes later, he tried on the stove and it was working again.

My uncle gave me his newer model LG dryer to replace my old whirlpool dryer. He was able to transport it to my place in Valley Village Los Angeles, but it needed to be hooked up. Thanks to Magic Touch Appliance Repair, my kids don’t have to cover their ears anymore! My Kenmore dryer started making unfamiliar noises. When I described the noises coming from the machine, the tech at Magic Touch Appliance Repair really knew what he was talking about. His familiarity with the different machines and brands corrected me in my descriptions! He was more exact because he knew that the noise I was describing was more common for Maytag dryers. Needless to say, the annoying noise was a sign that my machine was going to fail soon. Magic Touch Appliance Repair knew the exact part that needed to be replaced. Now, my Kenmore dryer sounds like it did when I just brought it home.
