Very clean, polite, and honest. Same-day appointment to fix my Whirlpool freezer and diagnostic fee waived as promised because I had them do the repair. Price was good and repair was quick. Unfortunately, the repairman snapped the fragile copper water line coming from the basement to the fridge and was unable to replace or repair it. He capped it off well, but I still had to then hire a plumber afterwards. I can’t recollect if I mentioned the fragile water line to him or not, but I was planning to replace it with a flexible line at some point anyway….just to bad it had to be when I couldn’t really afford to spend the money.

Early bird always gets the worm boys and girls.

I needed to fix my fridge pronto and all the other places didn’t open till 9 but Oleg was up and at em at 8 o crack o dawn!!!

I called, he answered, I told him the nature of the problem, he said he’ll be there between 10-2pm.

He arrives within the time He said, checked the fridge and gave me the run down. Before I go on, I just want to say that I’ve never had any prior experience with appliance repair folks but I gotta say that I really appreciated Oleg’s cleanliness. The guy had a clean stark white shirt and asked if he could wash his hands before he started any work. Righteous! Anyway, after the damage report I was not a happy camper cuz the fridge is relatively new but it was what it was, a broken heating element that defrosts the fridge and broken sensors that regulates the temps of the freezer and fridge. Initially, I couldnt determine if it was a fair price but judging from Oleg’s professionalism and manners, I’d say it was a very competitive price. Before he started any work he went back to his truck to see if he had the parts and like any “real” professional, he had the parts on hand. The guy repaired the fridge and defrosted the freezer in little over an hour. Boom ~ Bam ~ Done!!!

My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one ( Magic Touch appliance repair ), and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

He was very polite, looked at my washing machine and instantly knew the issue. He gave me an estimate and I was able to use the promo coad mt1013, and we saved 10%

Before starting he fully explained to me what the problem was, how to prevent it, and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me the part, explained how it worked and showed me how he repaired it. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, and the fact that he was thorough and walked me through everything! I would use them again!

I run a business at home selling homemade cupcakes. Nearing the holidays I was maxed out on volume orders. Halfway through my 4th batch of cupcakes, my oven was emitting light smoke from the back. I didn’t find it to be normal and knew something was wrong with it. I’m glad I held on to the phone number of Magic Touch appliance repair given by my sister because it sure came in handy that day. I have an office at home. My work schedule is erratic. On worst days I put in 20 hours worth of work and would just crash on the couch if I’m too tired. It’s important that I keep my office cool and comfortable as much as possible. At about almost 6 in the afternoon I felt the room was getting warm. My A/C unit decided to bug down on me. I heard about Magic Touch appliance air condition repair from a neighbor who had their refrigerator serviced by them a couple of months back. My neighbor was too happy to give me their contact number and said I would not be disappointed. And she was right. I imagined the service guy would show up the next day understanding that traffic can be crazy around Los Angeles during rush hour. This review is long overdue and I just want to send the word out that these people at Magic Touch know their job by heart. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked.
