Seriously people, you don’t know what’s best for you till you have a problem and in desperate need of help.
My air conditioner went out on me in the middle of day, when it was more then a 100 degrees outside in Los Angeles. Oh and did I mention that it was Saturday. I was in panic. Called several companies and nothing. Found these guys Magic Touch air conditioning and appliance repair, crossed my fingers for luck and called. And yes, not only were they open, I had a tech fixing my a/c in less than an hour. That’s what I call a good air conditioning repair service. By the way, it only took him about an hour to fix my air condition and before I knew it, I was blowing COLD air again. I love these guys! They helped me on the quickness! I was having problems with my washing machine and dryer. Apparently, there was a leak from the bottom of the washing machine and the dryer simply stopped spinning. I have 5 kids and having a fully functional laundry system is crucial to my existence! I also live in Altadena so there aren’t many appliance shops willing to drive on over once it’s convenient for me but Magic Touch was here within an hour and worked so fast it was unbelievable. The workers were so nice and so was the man I spoke to on the phone. They called me fifteen minutes prior to coming over just to check up. I am so grateful for the service they gave and how well they fixed the washing machine and dryer. Magic Touch Appliance Repair truly has a magic touch!

As fantastic an experience as one can have while getting their oven repaired. The igniter on my Kenmore/Sears oven blew out, called a few appliance repair places and got the run around, finally found Magic Touch Appliance Repair. My husband spoke to Dimitry on the phone and made an immediate appointment for the SAME day. He made us the last trip of the day to accommodate our schedule, even called us 30 min. before he arrived. Unfortunately he needed to return the next day with the proper part for my Kenmore/Sears oven (just used the last one needed), but he was lovely, pleasant, and very professional repair man. Sweet to my 5 year old and patient with our pets. And cost less than what Sears repair would have paid to send someone out. I would recommend without hesitation.

Early bird always gets the worm boys and girls.

I needed to fix my fridge pronto and all the other places didn’t open till 9 but Oleg was up and at em at 8 o crack o dawn!!!

I called, he answered, I told him the nature of the problem, he said he’ll be there between 10-2pm.

He arrives within the time He said, checked the fridge and gave me the run down. Before I go on, I just want to say that I’ve never had any prior experience with appliance repair folks but I gotta say that I really appreciated Oleg’s cleanliness. The guy had a clean stark white shirt and asked if he could wash his hands before he started any work. Righteous! Anyway, after the damage report I was not a happy camper cuz the fridge is relatively new but it was what it was, a broken heating element that defrosts the fridge and broken sensors that regulates the temps of the freezer and fridge. Initially, I couldnt determine if it was a fair price but judging from Oleg’s professionalism and manners, I’d say it was a very competitive price. Before he started any work he went back to his truck to see if he had the parts and like any “real” professional, he had the parts on hand. The guy repaired the fridge and defrosted the freezer in little over an hour. Boom ~ Bam ~ Done!!!
