Early bird always gets the worm boys and girls.

I needed to fix my fridge pronto and all the other places didn’t open till 9 but Oleg was up and at em at 8 o crack o dawn!!!

I called, he answered, I told him the nature of the problem, he said he’ll be there between 10-2pm.

He arrives within the time He said, checked the fridge and gave me the run down. Before I go on, I just want to say that I’ve never had any prior experience with appliance repair folks but I gotta say that I really appreciated Oleg’s cleanliness. The guy had a clean stark white shirt and asked if he could wash his hands before he started any work. Righteous! Anyway, after the damage report I was not a happy camper cuz the fridge is relatively new but it was what it was, a broken heating element that defrosts the fridge and broken sensors that regulates the temps of the freezer and fridge. Initially, I couldnt determine if it was a fair price but judging from Oleg’s professionalism and manners, I’d say it was a very competitive price. Before he started any work he went back to his truck to see if he had the parts and like any “real” professional, he had the parts on hand. The guy repaired the fridge and defrosted the freezer in little over an hour. Boom ~ Bam ~ Done!!!

My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one ( Magic Touch appliance repair ), and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

He was very polite, looked at my washing machine and instantly knew the issue. He gave me an estimate and I was able to use the promo coad mt1013, and we saved 10%

Before starting he fully explained to me what the problem was, how to prevent it, and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me the part, explained how it worked and showed me how he repaired it. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, and the fact that he was thorough and walked me through everything! I would use them again!

I run a business at home selling homemade cupcakes. Nearing the holidays I was maxed out on volume orders. Halfway through my 4th batch of cupcakes, my oven was emitting light smoke from the back. I didn’t find it to be normal and knew something was wrong with it. I’m glad I held on to the phone number of Magic Touch appliance repair given by my sister because it sure came in handy that day. Their service tech was courteous, fast in getting it fixed, and accommodating with my questions regarding my oven and what caused for it to break. I will surely spread the word around. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked. my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. When I realized the food in my Sub Zero fridge was warmer than it usually is, I called my buddy (who lives in Thousand Oaks and has had his Sub Zero refrigerator worked on before) for a referral. He, very quickly, said to call Magic Touch Appliance repair because he’s been burned by other places before. Surprisingly, they came by as soon as I became available to let them in my place. Danny from Magic Touch Appliance repair checked it out and determined he needed a part specific to my Sub Zero refrigerator. Unfortunately, he didn’t have it with him, but he came back within minutes with the part in hand. My fridge has been working perfectly ever since. It was a very knowledgeable guy that services my area (Agoura Hills) as well as Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and Calabasas. I am very happy with the work.
