This review is long overdue and I just want to send the word out that these people at Magic Touch know their job by heart. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked. I’m a housewife with 2 toddlers, my husband travels a lot to handle the family business so I’m left to deal with repair issues at home most of the time and so far this appliance repair company hasn’t failed me. my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. I like being given a choice and I appreciate the guy’s honesty. To Magic Touch, keep up the good work!!!

I have a Whirlpool dryer that wasn’t drying my clothes as well as it used to. It took me twice as long to dry my clothes because I had to run it through an additional cycle for each load. I knew something was wrong and it needed some kind of service cleaning or repair. I went with Magic Touch Appliance because it was suggested by my good friend. He said he had a good experience with them. They had very prompt service and my friend claimed that I can trust them to do an honest and professional job. Sure enough, it’s been a few months and I’ve been enjoying my dryer again! It is back to its new self. I’m so glad it’s fixed! I’m not wasting my time or electricity anymore! The technician also felt the need to show me an additional trick that might prevent it from happening again. I was very grateful for his insight.
